We are a professional team with extensive experience in commercial, labour, tax and accounting advice. We have been supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, businesses and self-employed professionals since 1981, offering personalised service and rigorous work.

Our history began in 1981 and has been built on daily work with clients in Terrassa and the surrounding area. Over time, we have grown while maintaining what defines us: proximity, professional judgement and a relationship based on trust.

An entrepreneur by vocation, Joaquín founded the consultancy in 1981 and has been assisting companies and professionals with their labour, tax and accounting needs since the beginning. He is known for his friendly manner and for creating lasting relationships of trust with clients and collaborators.
With his professional activity now taking a back seat, he enjoys keeping in touch with clients, friends and the local community.
Joaquín is responsible for management, online marketing and business communication. He has worked in professional services firms with an international presence, such as IMAP, where he served as Global Director of Operations, and previously formed part of Egarsat Societat de Prevenció.
He also has experience in the field of professional sport, advising LaLiga since 2016 from the US consulting firm G2 Strategic, where he is a partner in Spain. He also worked for EuroLeague Basketball for five years and was president of the Catalan Korfball Federation for three years.
Gemma is an accounting and tax advisor for small businesses and self-employed professionals, with over 30 years of experience.
She specialises in income tax and has processed more than 15,000 tax returns. She also manages IAE, VAT and census formalities for clients.
She is known for her friendly and direct manner, explaining each step in a natural way and building trust from the very first conversation.
Erika is an accounting and tax advisor for small and medium-sized businesses. She is responsible for preparing and submitting tax and accounting forms, and for regularly monitoring tax obligations.

Vanessa has more than 20 years of experience in labour consulting and management for companies. She is the go-to person when complex situations arise in the area of personnel and labour relations, and has participated in numerous labour inspections and conciliations.
During the pandemic, the labour department achieved a 100% success rate in the temporary employment regulation files submitted and also managed the exemption of client contributions. Overall, the department has managed more than 10,000 annual payrolls for more than 300 companies.
Carles is a tax and accounting advisor with more than 30 years of experience, working with both new entrepreneurs and companies subject to audit.
He has assisted clients in recovering withholdings applied by international administrations, in bank financing processes and in company valuations.
